On Edge Label Dispenser Friction Feeder
This on edge feeding technology is designed to automatically place preprinted labels/tags near the nip-point, or infeed, of a bag stitcher. The feeder is triggered to dispense a label as the bag is fed through the bag stitcher, or sewing machine, and they are delivered down the line.
It's small footprint and unique hinged-arm allow the feeder to conform to production floor layouts and small work areas (pictured below). Easily integrates with all types and brands including Newlong, Fischbein, and Union Special.

The On Edge Feeder holds up to 1,500 labels allowing for continuous uptime while eliminating the operator's task of hand feeding labels and tags to increase line speed and throughput. It's engineering is designed to withstand the constant debris and dust of a feed plant
